Do you dare to develop further!? For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you to strengthen our team from 01.11.2025 as a trainee nursing assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d).

• You will learn about the holistic care and support of people of all ages and in all settings of the health care system in cooperation with nursing professionals
• The training lasts 1.5 years and teaches the necessary skills to recognise care situations, structure work processes and reflect on one's own actions
• At the Theory (School) learning location, you will be prepared for the professional field of action in the block model through regular lessons, digital teaching and practical exercises
• The practical training takes place under supervision at the Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch and with various cooperation partners
• After successful completion, you will meet the school admission requirements for the 3-year training as a nursing specialist

• You naturally have a sense of what people are missing and what they need
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with different professional groups
• You are ready to take on a wide range of nursing activities
• Secondary school leaving certificate or completed vocational training
• Knowledge of the German language at least at level B2
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
