• Supporting nursing staff in the holistic care of our patients - for appreciative and safe care.
• Independent execution of nursing activities according to your qualifications and guidance in the team.
• Structured documentation and organizational coordination of nursing processes as well as timely transfer of relevant information to nursing staff.
• Competent implementation of basic care, including (digital) documentation of the patients entrusted to you.
• Accompaniment of our patients in everyday life as well as assumption of supportive services with a friendly, professional appearance.
• Active participation in further education and training in order to continuously expand your professional skills and keep them up to date.

• Completed training as a nursing assistant or registered health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) – you have a solid nursing foundation.
• Enjoyment of dealing with people and an empathetic, service-oriented appearance - you treat patients, relatives and colleagues with appreciation and respect.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and reliability – you contribute to a trusting and smooth cooperation in the team.
• Willingness to work in shifts – including flexible working hours on weekends and public holidays.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in a comparable position – your previous assignments will make you confident in everyday care.
• Required proof of measles immunization in accordance with legal requirements

• Immediate distribution of a starting bonus of 5000€ for full-time work
• Permanent employment contract with attractive remuneration in accordance with collective bargaining agreement, Christmas and holiday bonuses, as well as company pension scheme
• At least 30 days of vacation plus additional vacation for shift/night work plus if applicable. an additional day of vacation for non-smokers
