For a position in our patient admission department at the Bad Kissingen site, we are looking for a

Patient Admission Clerk (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

Operating the switchboard and forwarding calls to the departments

Creation of the call overview and notification of doctors if required

Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Master data maintenance in Orbis

Admission of outpatients and inpatients

Case corrections

Daily posting of cash receipts and reconciliation of cash balances

Requesting cost transfers

Completed nursing, medical or commercial vocational training

Several years of experience in a hospital preferred

Experience in patient admission desirable

Comprehensive IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP i.s.h.med)

Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude

Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
