Medical assistant (m/f/d) for our pre-inpatient admission department

• Inpatient admission and occupancy management
• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management
• Entry of patient master data in the hospital information system
• Personal patient contact during the admission and discharge process, as well as patient file management
• Support with medical diagnostics and therapy

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Good PC knowledge and skills in the programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP
• Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as good communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

In addition to general orthopaedics, the clinic's range of operations also includes knee and hip endoprosthetics. Other joint replacement operations include shoulder, OSG, elbow and finger operations. The focus is on special foot surgery and arthroscopic operations. Neurosurgical procedures are also performed.
