We are looking for a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d) for the management of the ENDO-Klinik Hamburg from 01.10.2025.

• General office management tasks such as appointment, travel and general office organization, independent correspondence, reception of visitors and guests
• Organization of internal processes and support of the management
• Risk and feedback management
• Entering and processing contracts in the contract database
• Collaboration on the internal newsletter
• Representation of the Medical Director's secretariat

• Completed training as a legal and notary's assistant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial professional training with several years of professional experience, ideally in a management secretariat
• Organizational talent, willingness to take responsibility, independent, structured and flexible way of working
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team as well as discretion and loyalty
• Confident English language skills
• Positive attitude towards patients and employees
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
