To strengthen our team at the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (Ward 15) at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as a

Ward Secretary (f/m/d) for the Clinic for Orthopaedics/ Trauma Surgery

• Organization and coordination of the ward routine in close cooperation with the medical team and the nursing staff
• Scheduling and managing appointments for patients, surgeries and follow-up appointments
• Providing information to patients, relatives and external partners by telephone and in person
• Processing doctor's letters, findings and medical documentation
• Recording and maintaining patient data in the hospital information system
• Support with administrative tasks such as ordering materials and invoicing

• Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a hospital environment or in a medical facility is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with hospital information systems
• Organizational skills, reliability and discretion - as well as a friendly, professional appearance with strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and team spirit, even in hectic situations
• Legally required proof of measles immunity
