To strengthen our team, we are looking for you with immediate effect, with planned start on 01.09.2025, in our Helios Clinic Zerbst/Anhalt as Chief Medical Secretary in the Clinic for Orthopaedics/Trauma Surgery and Sports Medicine (m/f/d) - part-time (35h/week)

• 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗻 & 𝗢𝗣-𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲: Writing, proofreading and sending on time
• 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗿: Error-free processing of all correspondence
• 𝗞𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗻: Checking for completeness and forwarding to Medical Controlling
• 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 & 𝗘-𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴: Receipt, structuring and dispatch
• 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Receipt of incoming calls and proper processing
• 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿ä𝗴𝗲: Processing, checking and coordinating approvals

• 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴: Completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d) or in the field of secretarial/clerical services
• 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘇 & 𝗗𝗶𝗸𝘁𝗮𝘁: Excellent German language skills, confident use of medical terminology and fast, error-free writing skills in digital dictation
• 𝗜𝗧-𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘁𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲: Proficient in MS Office, ideally knowledge of SAP and experience with electronic media
• 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳ä𝗿𝘇𝘁:𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗻-𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Support the head physician (m/f/d) in administrative and organizational matters

• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗸𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴: Fast integration through a clearly organized onboarding process

• 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘃𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗧ä𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗸𝗲𝗶𝘁: Independent, challenging and varied tasks
• 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺: Room to actively shape and develop your own area of responsibility
• 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹: Environmentally friendly travel to work with employer subsidy for the Deutschlandticket
