In this responsible role, you will support our central team in the development, implementation and monitoring of group-wide standards and processes in the area of Subsidiary Management. You will help to ensure a uniform and strong governance structure for the management of investments and equity measures throughout the Group. Ensuring uniform governance for subsidiary management within the Group
Creating and developing guidelines and processes for the management of shareholdings and equity measures
Participation in the introduction of a Group-wide Subsidiary Management System
Coordination of tasks and processes in Subsidiary Management between the holding company and segments
Preparation of reports and analyses in the area of investment management
Collaboration in projects related to equity measures
Your profile
Completed studies in business administration or business law
At least 5 years of professional experience in a global corporate function, ideally in the area of investment management
Sound knowledge of national and international corporate law
Very good command of written and spoken English and German
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP
Analytical thinking as well as a structured, precise and independent way of working
Ability to present complex legal and economic issues in an understandable way
