Head of Building Automation Department (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Ensuring the proper fulfillment of the assigned tasks and processes in compliance with regulations, laws and internal regulations
• Technical operation and maintenance of the facilities and ensuring long-term operability
• Supporting project and action management and coordinating technical requirements
• Ensuring long-term plant operation by participating in action and reinvestment planning
• Personnel responsibility including selection, management and further training of employees
• Independently optimizing the provision of services and carrying out weak point analyses
• Ensuring occupational safety on construction sites and managing the inventory

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering (HTL, foreman and/or degree in electrical engineering with specialization in building and automation technology)
• Several years of professional experience and specialist knowledge in building automation and I&C technology
• Confident handling of electrical engineering regulations and building control technology programming
• Leadership potential and ability to work in a team
• Assertiveness and flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure in demanding situations
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 4,617.89 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
