For our Helios Clinic at the Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for a Senior Physician for the Clinic for Pediatric Surgery (m/f/d) from 01.01.2026

• You can expect a young, open-minded, collegial and motivated as well as quality-oriented team
• Her area of responsibility includes the instruction and implementation of medical care in the paediatric surgery ward, the paediatric rescue centre, the paediatric surgery outpatient clinic as well as the performance and assistance of a wide variety of surgical procedures, functional diagnostics, sonography and endoscopy
• The training of our trainees takes place in-house
• Specialists (m/f/d) and training assistants (m/f/d) are involved in the teaching of students at the Medical School Berlin (MSB) as part of bedside teaching

• We are looking for a specialist in pediatric surgery (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as a senior physician (m/f/d)
• We attach particular importance to team spirit, flexibility, resilience and passion for pediatric surgery, combined with an empathetic approach to patients and relatives as well as employees
• In our interdisciplinary cooperation, we work according to the latest quality standards
• There is a specialist on-call service and two assistant physicians on duty for the services
• Proof of valid measles protection in accordance with the Measles Protection Act (e.g. vaccination card or medical certificate)

• The Clinic for Pediatric Surgery has 26 pediatric surgery beds and serves the entire spectrum of pediatric surgery, including surgery of premature and newborn infants, malformation surgery, pediatric oncology, pediatric urology, general, thoracic, plastic and pediatric traumatological surgery (including D-physician procedures) of childhood and adolescence with a focus on minimally invasive procedures. The clinic is a leader in the correction of congenital chest wall deformities
• There is close cooperation with the children's clinic. A Level 1 perinatal centre, paediatric intensive care unit integrated into the paediatric clinic, children's rescue centre, specialist outpatient clinics and interdisciplinary parents' centre are available
• There is funding and financial participation in further education and training
• The remuneration is based on TV Ärzte Helios
• There is free access to the AMBOSS knowledge platform as well as to the extensive Helios Central Library (access to over 40,000 specialist books, publications, specialist journals, etc.).
