Junior Controller (m/f/d)

As a Junior Controller at Fresenius Kabi, you will be part of our global Controlling team and play a key role in turning data into insights that support decisions at the highest levels of the organization. By consolidating financial information from our international entities and preparing meaningful reports and analyses, you will directly contribute to the financial transparency and strategic direction of both Fresenius Kabi and our parent company, Fresenius SE.

Your responsibilities

• Support the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end management figures for the global Fresenius Kabi Group

• Assist in the planning and coordination of the group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes

• Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations to support senior management and board-level decisions

• Translate complex data into meaningful, well-structured reports and executive presentations

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our reporting landscape and controlling processes

• Act as a sparring partner and support function for our local controlling teams across the globe

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (e.g., Diplom-Kaufmann/-frau, Master’s degree)

• Initial experience in controlling, ideally within a multinational corporation, is a plus

• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, reliable working style and high level of initiative

• Able to present complex topics in a clear, understandable, and target group–oriented way

• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow

• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
