MFA / Medical assistant for registration (m/f/d)

To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center at the Aue-Bad Schlema location, we are now looking for you as an MFA / medical assistant for registration (m/f/d)

in the radiotherapy department on a full-time or part-time basis

• You are the first point of contact for our patients at the registration desk and work closely together in a team of medical assistants and specialists (m/f/d)

• You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly with the help of the appointment calendar and answer emails and telephone calls
• You will also be responsible for processing applications for follow-up treatment (AHB) and maintaining patient master data
• You will support us in recording and billing medical services in accordance with GOÄ and EBM
• You will also help us take blood samples and be involved in radiotherapy treatment measures

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification

Ideally, you have already gained experience in oncology and the radiotherapeutic treatment of oncological patients, but this is not a prerequisite

You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients

You enjoy administrative tasks and have a talent for organization

You impress us and our patients with your personal commitment, sense of responsibility and prudence

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
