To strengthen our team at the MVZ Device and Telemedicine Center in Berlin, we are looking for you as of 01.05.2025 as

MFA / medical assistant for the registration desk (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time (35-38 h / week)

• You are the first point of contact for our patients at the registration desk and work closely together in a team of medical assistants and medical specialists
• You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly with the help of the appointment calendar and answer emails and phone calls
• The maintenance of patient master data is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will support us in the recording and billing of medical services according to GOÄ and EBM
• In addition, you will independently take on administrative tasks in our MVZ

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification

You enjoy administrative tasks, have a talent for organization and digital skills

You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients

You are collegial and enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently and contribute your ideas

You impress us and our patients with your personal commitment, sense of responsibility and prudence

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
