MFA / Medical Assistant for Registration (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time (35-38 h / week)

• You will be the first point of contact for our patients at the registration and work closely together in a team of medical assistants and specialists
• They ensure that the practice runs smoothly with the help of the appointment calendar and answer e-mails and telephone calls
• The maintenance of patient master data is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will support us in recording and billing medical services according to GOÄ and EBM
• In addition, you will independently take on administrative tasks in our MVZ

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• You enjoy administrative tasks, are an organizational talent and have digital skills
• You will maintain an empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
• You are collegial and enjoy working in a team, but you can also work independently and contribute your ideas
• Through your personal commitment, your sense of responsibility and your prudence, you convince us and our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
