MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• Contact person at the registration desk and coordination of the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service in our internal medicine practice (focus: angiology/cardiology)
• Electronic data management as well as maintenance and management of patient files
• Working in a team with medical assistants and specialists
• Carrying out non-medical activities and diagnostic measures (such as laboratory activities, Lz-RR, Lz-EKG, B-EKG, Doppler pressure measurement, assistance in ultrasound diagnostics)

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Sensitive and empathetic interaction with our patients
• Good PC skills, possibly knowledge of the ALBIS or xvianova practice management system
• Knowledge in the fields of angiology and cardiology desirable but not a prerequisite
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
