Typist / Registration Clerk - Radiology (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for the friendly reception of our patients, read the electronic health card and hand out the necessary documents
• You will take patient calls and make appointments by telephone and in person
• You will also record and correct radiological findings according to dictation
• You request preliminary findings for our doctors as required
• You record referrals in the practice system and update patient files
• You will also support the practice team with organizational and administrative tasks in the daily routine

• You have completed training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or further training as a medical typist
• Experience in radiology or medical documentation would be desirable
• You are confident in dealing with medical terminology and common practice programs
• You convince us with your careful, reliable and structured way of working
• You have a friendly demeanor and enjoy working with people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
