Optimization of production facilities through structured analysis and evaluation of production data (OpEx) to increase efficiency and quality
Rapid fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving to avoid faults and reduce downtime and error rates
Development and implementation of effective, long-term maintenance strategies to increase output, improve quality and reduce costs (Roadmap for Continuous Improvement)
Planning, coordination and monitoring of all maintenance, repair and revision measures with the involvement of internal and external resources
Identification and evaluation of retrofit and modernization measures as well as technological trends to ensure sustainable production
Conception, implementation and evaluation of technical projects including scheduling and resource planning
Budget planning and cost control for your own area of responsibility.
Close cooperation with adjacent departments (EHS, spare parts, OpEx)
Completed engineering studies in electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines
Several years of professional experience in production technology or a comparable field is an advantage
Confident handling of standard software, such as CAD, MS Office, etc.
Strong organizational talent and systematic, analytical and quality-oriented way of working (ideally operational excellence knowledge)
High level of responsibility and cost awareness
Flexibility, independence, reliability and ability to work in a team
Good communication skills, coupled with assertiveness and diplomacy
Experience in maintenance and servicing of production facilities is desirable
Ability to think in a networked way and to identify and manage opportunities and risks
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
