To strengthen the practice team in our medical care center in Fürstenwalde, we are now looking for a

Registration assistant (m/f/d) in the radiology department

on a mini-job basis

• You are the first point of contact for our patients at the registration desk
• You support the practice processes by means of appointment calendar, e-mail and telephone
• You will work in a team of medical assistants and medical specialists and contribute your talents
• You will also help us with data management, such as maintaining patient master data

Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or similar training - career changers (m/f/d) are welcome

You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients

You enjoy administrative tasks and have a talent for organization

Ideally, you can work flexibly within the scope of your total working hours (mini-job)

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
