At the Helios Clinic in Pirna, we are looking for you to start as Head of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Further development of robotics-supported procedures in the endoprosthetics center under structural, organizational and strategic aspects in cooperation with the clinic management
• A continuously growing, regionally and nationally very well established orthopaedic clinic with a broad specialist spectrum and a robotics-supported endoprosthetic focus (approx. 1,100 endoprosthetic procedures per year)
• Responsibility for the further training of doctors in further training (m/f/d) as well as for the further training of specialists and senior physicians (m/f/d)
• As Chief Physician (m/f/d) you are responsible for the overall medical, organizational and economic development of the service areas of your department
• In addition to providing excellent medical care to our patients, you will also be responsible for establishing and developing networks with private practices and other clinics
• Willingness to travel is required: Interdisciplinary exchange in the Dresden cluster with the Pirna and Freital sites. Supra-regional exchange in the specialist group of the HELIOS network.

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and have the qualification "Special Trauma Surgery"
• You have extensive and outstanding expertise as well as many years of surgical experience and would like to use your in-depth knowledge of robot-assisted arthroplasty to further develop the specialist area in the long term
• In addition to your professional qualifications and sound clinical and practical experience, you also have strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups and patients
• Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness, as well as a high level of organizational skills are among your strengths
• You have collegiality, sensitivity and a role model function as well as strong social skills in dealing with other professional groups, patients and referring physicians
• You have the requirements for full authorization for further training as well as the legally required proof of immunization against measles
