Chief Physician for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) for our specialist hospital for orthopaedics

full-time - to set up the Endoclinic Central Germany of Helios Kliniken GmbH based in Bleicherode.

What you can expect

  • Development of your own endoclinic Central Germany under structural, organizational and strategic aspects in cooperation with the clinic management
  • A continuously growing, regionally and nationally very well established orthopaedic clinic with a broad specialist spectrum and endoprosthetic focus (approx. 1500 endoprostheses per year)
  • Responsibility for the further training of doctors in further training (m/f/d) as well as for the further training of specialists and senior physicians (m/f/d)
  • As Chief Physician (m/f/d) you are responsible for the overall medical, organizational and economic development of the service areas of your department
  • In addition to providing excellent medical care to our patients, you will also be responsible for establishing and developing networks with private practices and other clinics
  • The opportunity for scientific work in cooperation with the Helios Research Center

What you bring to the table

  • You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery with the additional qualification of special orthopaedic surgery and further qualifications such as sports orthopaedics and/or arthroscopic surgery and you have a doctorate, preferably a habilitation
  • You have comprehensive and outstanding expertise in your specialist field
  • In addition to your professional qualifications and sound clinical-practical experience, you also have strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups and with patients
  • Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness, as well as a high level of organizational skills are among your strengths
