Head Physician Trauma Surgery (m/f/d)

in full-time employment.

• Responsible work in a clinic with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
• Long-established main department of orthopaedics and trauma surgery with an extensive surgical spectrum and joint pool of assistants
• Accreditation for the professional association injury type procedure
• Certified regional trauma and geriatric trauma center
• Collegial interdisciplinary cooperation, especially with the orthopaedics department

• Specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and additional qualification in special trauma surgery
• Fulfillment of the requirements of the statutory accident insurance provider for participation in the transit doctor procedure desirable
• Proven broad surgical spectrum in trauma surgery
• Several years of professional experience in management positions and in taking on administrative tasks
• High degree of determination, ability to cooperate, leadership and organizational skills as well as openness to new projects
• Ability to view complex issues holistically, taking into account medical and economic components
