For our Helios Abrechnungs-Service GmbH in Dortmund and throughout Germany, we are looking for a team leader for private medical billing (m/f/d) with flexwork option at the earliest possible date.

• Team leader for private billing
• Ensuring timely and correct billing of electronic outpatient and inpatient patient files according to GOÄ
• Recording of private medical billing data by checking the billing for correctness under fee law
• Continuous further development of billing processes to optimize the departments
• Contact person for our clinics
• Correspondence with patients and private payers, subsidy offices, etc.
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements

• Relevant studies or commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of private billing
• Very good knowledge in the application of GOÄ, UV-GOÄ, IGeL knowledge as well as further legal bases
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT skills in the MS Office area
• Integrity and team orientation
• Enthusiasm
