For the start of training on 01.09.2025, we are looking for trainees to become nursing assistants (m/f/d) at the Helios Weißeritztal-Kliniken.

• You will learn about the holistic care and support of people of all ages and in all healthcare settings in cooperation with nursing staff.

• The training lasts 2 years and teaches you the necessary skills to recognize care situations, structure work processes and reflect on your own actions.
• At the "theory" learning location (school), you will be prepared for the professional field of action in a block model through regular lessons, digital teaching and practical exercises.
• Practical training takes place under supervision at the Helios Weißeritztal clinics and with various cooperation partners.
• After successfully completing the course, you will meet the school entry requirements for the three-year nursing specialist apprenticeship.

• A natural sense of what people need and what they need
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups
• Willingness to take on a variety of nursing tasks
• Secondary school certificate or an educational qualification recognized as equivalent
• German language skills of at least level B2
• Medical certificate of medical fitness and proof of full measles protection
