Director Marketing Biosimilars (m/f/d)

As Director Marketing Biosimilars (m/f/d) you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the marketing of our biosimilar portfolio in Germany. You will successfully position our products in the market, lead a dedicated marketing team and make a significant contribution to the commercial success of our business unit.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy for biosimilars in line with global goals and national targets
• Market, competition and customer analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Development of launch and lifecycle marketing plans in close cooperation with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs
• Management of agencies, service providers and external partners
• Management and further development of the regional marketing team
• Planning, control and efficient allocation of the marketing budget
• Representing the company at congresses, specialist events and customer meetings
• Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs to monitor the success of all marketing activities

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, natural sciences, pharmacy or comparable
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in the field of biologics or biosimilars
• Proven success in managing complex marketing and launch projects
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and assertiveness
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Sound business management skills, particularly in budget planning, business cases and performance measurement
• Very good knowledge of the German healthcare system and market mechanisms in the field of biosimilars
