As Director Marketing Biosimilars (m/f/d) you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the marketing of our biosimilar portfolio in Germany. You will successfully position our products in the market, lead a dedicated marketing team and make a significant contribution to the commercial success of our business unit.
Your tasks:
- Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy for biosimilars in line with global goals and national targets
- Market, competition and customer analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Development of launch and lifecycle marketing plans in close cooperation with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs
- Management of agencies, service providers and external partners
- Management and further development of the regional marketing team
- Planning, control and efficient allocation of the marketing budget
- Representing the company at congresses, specialist events and customer meetings
- Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs to monitor the success of all marketing activities
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, natural sciences, pharmacy or comparable
- At least 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in the field of biologics or biosimilars
- Proven success in managing complex marketing and launch projects
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and assertiveness
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Sound business management skills, particularly in budget planning, business cases and performance measurement
- Very good knowledge of the German healthcare system and market mechanisms in the field of biosimilars
