Ward secretary (m/f/d)

full-time.

• Error-free processing of all medical correspondence

  Checking patient files for completeness and forwarding them to Medical Controlling

  Structured processing of incoming mail and incoming e-mails and their forwarding

  Receiving and properly forwarding incoming calls and providing competent information

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training in the medical field

• Confident handling of medical terminology

  Fast and precise spelling when transcribing digital dictations

  Experienced with MS Office

• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
