(Senior) Solution Architect RIM (m/f/d)

We're seeking a seasoned (Senior) Solution Architect specialized in Regulatory Information Management (RIM) solutions to join our team. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the alignment of RIM solutions with business needs and technical requirements, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Strategic Solution Design and Governance:

• Act as the primary (Senior) Solution Architect, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders, implementation partners, and governance & steering boards
• Maintain solution design for the RIM platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
• Define and promote continuous improvement initiatives for RIM solutions across the organization

IT Project Management:

• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize RIM-specific IT demands
• Plan, execute, and monitor release IT projects in the RIM area
• Monitor implementation quality and perform necessary testing

Requirement Engineering:

• Consult internal business process owners in requirement engineering, translating generic business requirements into technical specifications for configuration/development

Training and Support:

• Coordinate and execute IT and/or application trainings as part of rollouts, collaborating with involved teams
• Ensure the operation and support of RIM platform applications

Compliance and Data Integrity:

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, principles, best practices, and internal regulations
• Secure and facilitate data integrity and consistency within RIM solutions

• A higher education degree in computer sciences or digital information with familiarity in IT service management and operations. 5+ years of professional experience in planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, and operating RIM environments in mid to large organizations

• Profound knowledge of IT consulting, project management and good overall IT technology understanding, including configuration, coding, and interfaces. In-depth knowledge of RIM platforms, with certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Master Architect, and Certified Implementation Specialist being a plus
• Experience in an international environment is preferred and willingness to travel globally if required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English (German is a plus), with the ability to articulate processes and technologies to business leaders and vice versa
• Exceptional analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills, coupled with strong influence and negotiation abilities
• Strong leadership, service orientation, and team-oriented working behavior, with the ability to work autonomously and solution-oriented in a global environment

• Preferred: Further technology skills in other RIM solutions, OpenText LifeScience Suite, eCTDmanager, Icologiq, SQL, CITRIX
