Marketing Manager Therapeutic Apheresis, MedTech Europe (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Marketing Manager Apheresis for Europe, you will be responsible for downstream marketing to the Apheresis customers & market units and upstream marketing to Global business segments.

The target groups are both in hospital and blood center settings.

This position will report to the Head of MedTech Marketing Europe, and work embedded in a multifunctional team of different specialization, and with the Sales & Marketing and Application teams in region and countries.

Your assignments

  • Identify and drive key segment value drivers, growth opportunities, and key customer project management.
  • Develop and execute the Marketing-Mix, emphasizing product launch and promotion.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams for effective business manangement.
  • Cultivate relationships with all relevant stakeholders like scientific KOLs, medical associations, and advocacy groups.
  • Assist customers with data abstraction and publication related to Fresenius Kabi products.
  • Develop and downstream unique marketing content & activities and lead sales training / consulting for target audiences.
  • Stay updated on market and scientific development apheresis through symposia, workshops, and journals.
  • Activate scientific publications around Apheresis

Your profile

  • Advanced degree preferred; minimum BA/BS degree in economics or life science field with additional business experience in sales and / or marketing
  • Experience in transfusion medicine, apheresis, or cell therapy business
  • High persevearance in complex/long business related cycles
  • Ability to communicate complex medical and scientific concepts to the point
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
  • Self-starter with positive energy, motivated to drive business results and team success
  • Creative solution oriented mindset and high business focus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive outcome oriented multiple complex projects in a matrix organization
  • Ability to make key decisions with limited managerial oversight
  • High flexibility and drive to travel and network
  • Fluent in English
