Working Student/Intern (m/f/d) Project Management PLM/Digital Factory

If you're passionate about project management, PLM and digital transformation within the Fresenius Group, consider joining our PMO team in the IT Department of the MedTech Business Area at Fresenius Kabi! As part of an international team, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating project activities, contributing to project planning tasks such as timeline tracking and status reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of global implementation projects, collaborate closely with an international and cross-functional team, and contribute to the successful execution of strategic IT initiatives that support the digital future of the organization.

Your challenge in detail

• You will support the project management of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Factory initiatives across different project phases 

• You will contribute to project planning activities such as timeline tracking, milestone monitoring, and status reporting  

• You will assist with functional or analytical tasks in the PLM/Digital Factory domain (e.g. requirement definition) 

• Additionally, you will take part in day-to-day project operations, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, business, external partners) to ensure smooth project execution  

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time Master’s studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field

• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken; German skills are a plus

• Proficiency in MS 356 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

• High degree of independence and initiative, along with strong communication skills

• Interest and quick learning ability in IT topics and project management

• Basic knowledge in project management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Digital Factory topics is a plus
