(Senior) IT Service Manager – Service Lifecycle & Control Governance (m/f/d)

Your Impact

You will define and enforce how IT services are designed, governed, and evolved, ensuring clarity, control, and consistency across the entire service landscape.

What You Will Drive

• Establish and govern the end-to-end IT service lifecycle

• Build a transparent, structured Service Portfolio and Catalogue

• Own and strengthen Change Management governance and risk control

• Introduce baseline Configuration Management governance to improve service integrity

• Ensure all services have clear ownership, definition, and lifecycle control

• Reduce complexity by rationalizing redundant or unclear services

• Create clarity on what services exist, how they are delivered, and who owns them

• Improve change success rates and reduce service disruption risk

• Enable better impact assessment and root cause analysis

• Bring discipline and structure to a previously fragmented service landscape

What You Bring

• Strong experience in IT Service Management and governance roles

• Deep expertise in Change Management and service lifecycle frameworks

• Practical knowledge of Configuration Management / CMDB governance

• Experience in multi-vendor, outsourced environments

• Strong risk management and decision-making capability

• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and technical teams
