We spend a large part of our lives at work. It is therefore all the more important that we feel comfortable there. My name is Fabienne and I'm currently a working student in the Employer Branding team at Fresenius. In our latest video, I show you my workplace: the Fresenius corporate headquarters in Bad Homburg. You can find out what my working day is like and where I like to spend it - follow me:
The Bad Homburg site provides workplaces for 4,400 employees. In addition to individual and open-plan offices, space has also been created in the latest "EK3" building (the name is derived from the address Else-Kröner-Street 3) for so-called think tanks. In these small think tanks, employees can withdraw and prepare for upcoming meetings, for example. These can then be held in meeting rooms of various sizes. Thanks to the latest technology, colleagues that are working from home can also be included.
Those who work a lot also deserve a break... In the two canteens, there is a daily changing selection of different dishes. With vegetarian options, as well as a varied salad buffet, there is something for everyone. They also offer enough space for relaxed lunch breaks with colleagues. The highlight in summer is the large outdoor terraces, where you can enjoy the sun. And my personal highlight all year round - of course the barista bar with freshly prepared coffee and some snacks.
The Fresenius campus offers its employees not only enough space to work, but also to feel good all around.
