Fresenius Kabi | Mirandola, Italy | Continuous Improvement, CSR & External Communications
I have two roles. As Continuous Improvement Manager I am responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation to execution and monitoring, while leading teams and managing resources to deliver results efficiently and effectively. As CSR & External Communication Manager I manage CSR projects and external communications, ensuring alignment with corporate values and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
My area of expertise is project management. I specialize in planning, coordinating, and guiding projects to successful completion by ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
I would say my most unconventional work habit is brushing my teeth around 11am. All my colleagues know it’s my little mindfulness ritual as a quick reset that helps me refocus and come back sharper.
Recently I had the pleasure of speaking at International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) in Milan on a topic close to my heart: “Innovate, Adapt, Succeed: Managing Change in Fresenius Kabi MedTech Projects.” I was surrounded by passionate professionals who believe in shaping the future of healthcare and this experience was personally meaningful.
“Sharing means caring”, because it helps the team stay connected and ensures that responsibility is distributed fairly whether we're hitting production goals or driving CSR projects forward.
Working in my third language, Italian, is definitely challenging, but I secretly really enjoy it. My accent amuses my colleagues sometimes, and my little wording errors always make the experience even more fun. Plus, I learn something new in Italian every day, which keeps it exciting.
