Helios Occupational Medicine is looking for a Commercial Manager (m/f/d) at the Leipzig Institute of Occupational Medicine with immediate effect

• Personnel, professional and disciplinary management of the institute
• Strategic and economic planning of existing resources
• Customer care and onboarding with regard to occupational medical care
• Ongoing optimization of management structures - you are allowed to shape and influence
• Direct reporting and regular coordination with the management

• Successfully completed training/studies with a commercial or economic focus in healthcare management
• Independent, cost-conscious and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Reliability, independence, hands-on mentality and service orientation
• Responsible exercise of a management position
• High level of commitment to working with interdisciplinary teams (consisting of employees from the fields of occupational medicine, health management and occupational and organizational psychology)
• Proof of statutory measles protection

• A high degree of personal responsibility
