Focus of the role:
As a global Product & Governance Owner Salesforce Platform, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that Salesforce products (with a focus on Life Science, Sales, Service and Field Service Cloud) align with organizational goals, meet customer needs, and deliver value. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT development teams and regional admins to drive successful product development.
You will be implementing a CRM Governance framework across Fresenius Kabi regions and Business Units and act as a global CRM Governance lead that can be leveraged post the overall OneCRM implementation. Additionally, you will actively work with IT and the Digital Transformation team, to support the setup of an interim Governance concept, to keep control over the ongoing CRM Ecosystem initiatives and ensure business continuity.
