Plant mechanic (m/f/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology

For our location in Bad Saarow we are looking for a full-time, permanent plant mechanic for heating/air conditioning/sanitary engineering (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Maintenance in the areas of operating technology, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, refrigeration technology and related ancillary tasks
• Ensuring the functional and operational safety of the technical systems
• Carrying out legally prescribed inspections, maintenance and repair work
  repair work on the technical systems and equipment
• Documenting the activities
• Recording the necessary technical parameters in the existing fault reporting system and updating the system
• Maintenance and care of the equipment and materials entrusted to us
• Working in the repair team

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed training as a heating, plumbing, ventilation, refrigeration system fitter (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training
• An independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Team and communication skills, interdisciplinary thinking in dealing with
  complex technical systems
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications
• Experience with CAFM systems or willingness to learn them
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• Driving license class B (car)
