Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) Heating/Sanitary

To strengthen our team in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a full-time plant mechanic (m/f/d) for heating/sanitation with immediate effect and for an unlimited period of time.

Your tasks:

• Organization and execution of maintenance services as well as minor repairs and occasional installations
• Monitoring and organization of defect and damage removal
• Elimination of occurring technical faults and their clearance to the customer
• Together with the team, you will take care of maintenance work on heating and sanitary systems and document them carefully
• With appropriate IT support, you can also maintain inventory data
• Compliance with legal and contractual provisions in the area of responsibility (inspections, tests, etc.)

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of HLS or comparable qualification
• Professional experience and knowledge in the field of building services systems, maintenance and servicing desirable
• Enjoyment of working with our clients/clinics in the sense of a balanced service provision
• Confident handling of MS Office, experience with the IWMS systems or willingness to learn them
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty (approx. every 4 weeks)
• Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• Willingness to undergo internal and external training
• Driving licence class B
