Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) HVAC

For our location in Cologne, we are looking for a full-time and permanent plant mechanic (m/f/d) for heating / ventilation / air conditioning as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Work to ensure the functional and operational reliability of the building services as well as their optimisation
• Maintenance and repair work
• Instruction and support of external companies
• Carrying out and monitoring of legally required inspections
• Troubleshooting of the operating systems and equipment
• Modernization and conversion of technical facilities
• Cross-trade activities after appropriate instruction or training
• Participation in on-call duty (approx. every six weeks)

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as well as field-tested knowledge in the areas of heating and ventilation technology or refrigeration technology desirable
• Proof of competence VDI 6022 is an advantage or the willingness to learn it
• Confident handling of MS Office packages and IWMS systems
• Independent work and ability to work in a team as well as a high degree of self-organization
• German language skills C1 and work permit in the European Union
• Interest in further qualifications
