Site manager (m/f/d) operating technology

For our cluster in Wiesbaden we are looking for a full-time site manager for operational technology.

Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of technical operations as well as technical and disciplinary management of the team at the location.
• Ensuring the functionality and availability of all technical systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical engineering).
• Compliance with legal requirements and internal standards (e.g. occupational health and safety, fire protection, hygiene regulations).
• Planning and control of maintenance, servicing and modernization measures.
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and optimization of operating costs.
• Digital documentation of all measures in modern maintenance and CAFM systems
• Carrying out and preparing audits, inspections and inspections.
• Contractor management and coordination of external service providers and partners.
• Ensuring the qualification and further training of employees.
• Developing and implementing measures to increase efficiency and optimize processes.
• Working closely with hospital management and other departments.

What you bring with you:

• Degree in engineering, supply engineering, electrical engineering, facility management or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical management, ideally in a hospital or comparable facility.
• Sound knowledge in the areas of building services engineering, energy supply, fire protection and occupational safety.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams and in personnel development.
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confident handling of CAFM systems
• Sound knowledge of the scope of legally compliant, complete and comprehensible technical documentation
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured way of working
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty and flexibility in technical emergencies.
• Class B driving license
