an employee/team leader (m/f/d)

for the reception/reception area part-time (50%)

• You will act as the first point of contact for our hospital

• You communicate with the employees of all professional groups in our clinic
• Willingness to help our patients with questions and problems
• You will operate the switchboard, forward calls and answer questions
• Administrative matters such as sorting the in-house mail, managing the cash box, etc.
• Team leader for the reception area

You have completed commercial or medical training and have professional experience in the reception, front desk or service area

Careful, reliable and independent way of working with a friendly, self-confident and well-groomed appearance as well as a confident and calm demeanor

A high degree of skill and empathy in dealing with our patientsWillingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Confident use of the German language, both written and spoken

You have the legally required proof of measles immunization.
