The Helios Hospital Überlingen is looking for the next possible date

an employee/team leader (m/f/d)

for the reception area (part-time 60%)

• You will act as the first point of contact for our hospital

• You communicate with the employees of all professional groups in our clinic
• Willingness to help our patients with questions and problems
• You will operate the switchboard, forward calls and answer questions
• Administrative matters such as sorting the in-house mail, managing the cash box, etc.
• Team leader for the reception area

• You have completed commercial or medical training and have professional experience in the reception, front desk or service area
• Careful, reliable and independent way of working with a friendly, self-confident and well-groomed appearance as well as a confident and calm demeanor
• A high degree of skill and empathy in dealing with our patientsWillingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Confident use of the German language, both written and spoken
• You have the legally required proof of measles immunization.
