We are looking for you as a full-time chef/operations manager with stand-in function (m/f/d) for the South-West area based in Pforzheim.

• You will support the kitchen teams within your area in the South-East region (Pforzheim, Karlsruhe, Rottweil, Breisach, Müllheim, Titisee-Neustadt, Überlingen, Wiesbaden, Erlenbach)

• You will support the respective kitchen team on site at these locations as a flexible stand-in chef/operations manager (m/f/d) as required: You will ensure that the hot and cold dishes in the restaurant are perfectly prepared and presented - the eye eats with you
• You will take on administrative tasks as well as quality assurance and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Compliance with and monitoring of all specified hygiene guidelines in accordance with HACCP and compliance with all food regulations

• You have a qualification as a chef, training as a kitchen chef would be an advantage

• Ideally, you already have many years of professional experience in a managerial role in the care sector. Expertise in a comparable position would be an advantage
• Economic acting and thinking
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Team spirit, a confident manner, you are assertive and a strong communicator and are happy to take on responsibility, discretion and a high level of commitment even in stressful situations characterize you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
