Senior Analyst (m/f/d) - IT Project Management

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Analyst (m/f/d) IT Project Management to join our IT Portfolio & Project Management function. This role is critical in supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of IT projects across the organization, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

The Senior Analyst (m/f/d) acts as a key enabler for Project Managers, IT Business Partners, and stakeholders, providing transparency, structure, and consistency across the project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to IT governance and PMO standards.

Your key responsibilities:

• Monitor project planning and execution of IT projects across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and consolidate dashboards and KPIs for senior stakeholders, steering committees, and governance forums – contribute to continuous improvement of dashboards and KPIs.
• Act as First Level Support for project managers and team members that need support in the maintenance of our central Project Management System ServiceNow.
• Elaborate and deliver monthly ServiceNow trainings for project managers, resource managers, and team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• Support ad‑hoc requests from IT Portfolio & Project Management leadership to ensure effective project delivery and portfolio transparency.

Your skills and experiences:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, PMO, or IT governance roles— preferably in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare environments.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, hybrid, agile) and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with project management systems and tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• A degree in economics, computer science, information technology, or a comparable field.
• Advanced communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently while contributing to broader team and portfolio objectives.
