For our Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics at the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund at the West location and to complete our team, we are looking for a

Head Physician Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (m/f/d).

• You will be responsible for and shape the care of our clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry
• You will provide inpatient and outpatient care for children and adolescents using modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• You will participate in the training and supervision of our doctors in training
• You manage, lead and develop a multi-professional, interdisciplinary team with a focus on providing the best possible patient care
• You will actively network with doctors in private practice and regional cooperation partners

• You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
• You have in-depth knowledge of child and adolescent psychiatry and understand the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mental, psychosomatic and neurological disorders in children and adolescents up to the age of 18
• You have experience in management tasks and you see your future prospects in working in a developing department structure with corresponding management tasks
• You know how to motivate your team and have a high degree of resilience, flexibility and openness to new ideas as well as a good sense of economic interrelationships
• You work in interdisciplinary team structures and are willing to help shape the expansion of the department with a high level of professional and social competence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
