To recruit as of 01.10. of a year, we are looking for studentsfor health and social management (B. A.) (m/f/d) as a practice partner of the Staatliche Studienakademie Plauen.

The dual study program lasts a total of 3 years.

• Assignments in the management of the hospital, including in the secretary's office, nursing directorate, financial accounting, marketing, personnel management, patient service, purchasing and logistics departments
• Getting to know the hospital processes
• Structured deployment planning
• The possibility to work on small individual projects can be made

• You have obtained the general higher education entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification or subject-specific university entrance qualification or a previous education recognised as equivalent with good results
• You have a team-oriented way of working, organizational talent and a willingness to take the initiative
• You are motivated, committed and interested in training and further development
• Initial insights into the various business management tasks are desirable
• You are familiar with common IT applications
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• You will receive a monthly training allowance of 650.00 EURO (gross), with annual increase and 29 days of vacation
