For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen we are looking for a Deputy Care Manager (m/f/d) for Care Unit 1 of our Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy - General Psychiatry I and II at the earliest possible date.

Full nursing responsibility for General Psychiatry I and II (two positions) in coordination with the Care Manager and the Nursing Director or their deputy

Professional guidance of the nursing team

Open and positive communication within the nursing team and the other professional groups

Representing the care manager in their absence on the respective ward of the care unit in collaboration with the other deputies

Continuous further development of theoretical and practical nursing skills with implementation and execution in General Psychiatry I and II as well as implementation and assurance of the defined quality of care

Coordination of further training and specialist expertise in collaboration with the care manager

Duty planning and absence management in General Psychiatry I and II

Conducting staff appraisals in consultation with the Care Manager and the Nursing Directorate

Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d) with many years of practical work experience, ideally in the above-mentioned field

High level of professional and social competence

Strong communication skills and Kooperationsbereitschaft

Ideally completed ward management course or willingness to complete this in the coming years

Economic thinking and acting in terms of medical and operational requirements with the specified personnel and Sachmitteln

Willingness to undergo personal training and further education

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen include the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (correctional facility in accordance with Section 64 of the German Criminal Code). The Werraaue residential park also has 48 places in accordance with SGB IX. Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen employs around 750 people.
