At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you to join our Helios Clinic in Cuxhaven as anemployee in the secretariat (m/f/d) of BG/trauma and visceral surgery

full-time.

• Independent organization and management of the medical secretariat Coordination and planning of outpatient and inpatient admissions, internal and external referrals, if necessary in coordination with other departments Preparation of expert opinions, preparation of complaints and liability matters
• Administrative admission of outpatients and inpatients Documenting ship requests in the database

• Training as an office clerk or comparable qualification, nursing specialist, medical assistant with experience in the administrative field Knowledge of medical nomenclature, very good spelling skills and good PC skills You have a talent for organization, strong communication skills and are always friendly, helpful and service-oriented Your independent way of working and high team spirit distinguish you Legally required proof of immunization against measles
