We are looking for you at the Helios Clinic Leisnig as a

Central practice instructor (m/f/d)

Focus on general studies (nursing specialist training)

• In this versatile role, you will combine your passion for nursing with your experience in guiding and supporting trainees and new team members.
• You will ensure the organization, coordination and supervision of nursing training at Helios Klinik Leisnig and report directly to the nursing management
• As a practical instructor, you will take over fixed instruction days on which you will provide our trainees with targeted support, guidance and encouragement.
• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions
• You will be responsible for approving performance records and documenting the trainees' learning development and you will be in close contact with the decentralized practice supervisor
• You will support the development and implementation of new methodological concepts

• You are a registered nurse / health & nursing professional (m/f/d)
• You have completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
• You have several years of professional experience as a nurse (m/f/d)
• You have very good communication skills and are characterized by high professional and social competence as well as independence
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty as well as a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
