We are looking for you for the day service at the Helios Park-Klinikum - as a doctor's assistant, medical assistant or nurse.

Whether part-time or full-time: bring your experience and commitment to us and support our team in patient care.

• You will take care of the administrative admission of our inpatients - in a friendly, service-oriented and careful manner.
• You will record and maintain patient data in the hospital information system and support the documentation during the course of treatment.
• You will coordinate appointments and processes relating to examinations, treatments, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• You will be the first point of contact at patient reception and ensure professional and empathetic contact with patients and their relatives.
• You will prepare and follow up medical examinations and take on tasks delegated by doctors, such as taking blood samples and writing ECGs.
• You will work Monday to Friday in the early and intermediate shift between 06:00 and 17:30 - without weekend shifts.

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (MFA).
• You have experience at the patient reception / counter - organization and communication are among your strengths.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner, even with a high volume of patients.
• You are friendly and confident when dealing with patients and relatives.
• You are a team player and actively contribute to improvement processes.
• You have the legally required proof of measles immunity or will submit it promptly.
