Payroll Processing / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join Helios Service Center Entgelt GmbH at our growing locations in Berlin (at the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch and Weißensee Pasedagplatz) as a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

• Ensuring legally compliant recording of all payroll-relevant master and transaction data of employees
• Responsibility for payroll accounting including all follow-up processes
• Independent execution of quality and process controls: Ensuring internal compliance
• Contact person (m/f/d) for employees, specialist departments and interfaces around all payroll accounting topics
• Proactive support during tax audits and annual financial statements , including data preparation and documentation
• Helping to shape and develop: Space for your own ideas and driving digitalization forward

• Qualification: completed commercial or business training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in service center structures with in-depth knowledge of social security and wage tax law as well as collective bargaining
• Confident use of payroll accounting systems, e.g. P&I LOGA as well as proficient handling of MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking skills and a focus on detail paired with a high level of loyalty, commitment, the ability to tackle challenges and a strong ability to work in a team, i.e. cooperative cooperation, open communication and constructive conflict resolution in a team context
• Communicative, service-oriented attitude, confident appearance as well as a high level of social competence and enjoyment of exchanging ideas with employees and partners
