Payroll Accounting Clerk / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as soon as possible for Helios Service Center Entgelt GmbH at our growing location in Krefeld (at the Helios Klinikum Krefeld) as a clerk (m/f/d) payroll accounting clerk

• Legally compliant recording of payroll-relevant employee master and employee movement data
• Execution of payroll accounting as well as all downstream remuneration issues
• Independent preparation and execution of plausibility checks
• Contact person for employees, internal departments and authorities in all matters relating to payroll accounting
• Cooperative participation in tax audits and annual financial statements
• Opportunity to help develop the business unit

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification as well as professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally within service center structures
• Extensive knowledge of social security, wage tax and collective bargaining law
• Confident handling of MS Office tools, especially Excel and optionally P&I LOGA
• Very good analytical skills, loyalty, commitment and enjoyment of new challenges
• Service-oriented, communicative and confident appearance and a high degree of social competence
• They can prove immunization against measles
