For our Helios Clinic in Duisburg we are looking for a Junior Manager Hospital (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

We particularly welcome applicants from Duisburg and the surrounding Rhine-Ruhr area, e.g. from Düsseldorf, Essen, Mülheim, Oberhausen or Krefeld, who are looking for the opportunity to actively help shape central hospital processes and develop into a responsible management role.

• You will work closely with the hospital management and provide support in operational, conceptual and strategic issues.
• You will take responsibility for your own projects, contribute your ideas and actively drive developments forward in collaboration with colleagues.
• You will create well-founded decision papers, analyses, statistics and presentations to support clinic management.
• You will work on operational and strategic tasks with a focus on the sustainable further development of the clinic.
• You will help shape efficient, transparent and future-oriented processes through your analytical and structured way of working.
• You will act as an interface between areas such as medicine, nursing and administration and promote cooperation.
• You will regularly reflect on your projects and personal development - e.g. through feedback and coaching - and thus strengthen your leadership skills.

• You have a degree with a focus on business, law or medicine.
• You have initial professional experience in healthcare or clinic management as well as knowledge of project work and quality/economic planning.
• You work in an analytical and structured manner and solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
• You convince through initiative, creative power, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have a confident manner and impress managers and employees with your communication and social skills.
• You work independently, reliably and pragmatically, have a strong hands-on mentality, are service-oriented and have the legally required measles protection.

• You will have the unique opportunity to get to know central hospital processes from the ground up, play an active role in shaping them and develop them in a future-oriented way.
• You will develop specifically towards an exciting role as commercial site manager or hospital managing director in the West region.
