For our Helios Clinic in Cuxhaven we are looking for a Junior Manager Hospital (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

We particularly welcome applicants from Cuxhaven and the surrounding northern German region, e.g. from Bremerhaven, Stade, Bremervörde or Otterndorf, who are looking for a responsible role and want to actively help shape the future of a modern clinic.

• You will work closely with the clinic management and provide support in operational, conceptual and strategic issues.
• You will take responsibility for projects, contribute your ideas and drive developments forward in collaboration with colleagues.
• You will prepare well-founded decision papers, analyses, statistics and presentations to support clinic management.
• You will work on operational and strategic tasks with a focus on the sustainable further development of the clinic.
• You actively shape efficient, transparent and future-oriented processes through your structured way of working.
• You will act as an interface between areas such as medicine, nursing and administration and promote cooperation.
• You will regularly reflect on your projects and personal development - e.g. through feedback and coaching - and thus strengthen your leadership skills.

• You have a degree with a focus on business, law or medicine.
• You have initial professional experience in healthcare or clinic management as well as knowledge of project work and quality/economic planning.
• You work in an analytical and structured manner and solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner, and you impress with your initiative, creative power, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have a confident manner and impress managers and employees with your communication and social skills.
• You work independently, reliably and pragmatically, have a pronounced hands-on mentality and service orientation and have the legally required measles protection.
